The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and highly capable Events & Communications Coordinator to join our Sydney-based Marketing team.
This permanent full-time role is ideal for someone with 2+ years’ experience in the marketing industry who enjoys working across varied tasks, managing multiple priorities and contributing to a fast‑paced, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the New Client Enquiry team, system and take calls
- Provide administrative and support to the Marketing Manager
- Coordinate and support the delivery of onsite and offsite events
- Work with internal stakeholders to assist in the development and delivery of communications and marketing plans
- Liaise with external media buying agencies to book advertising and monitor investment
- Coordinate new publications and maintain accurate filing of drafts, correspondence and final versions (including source files)
Successful candidates will have:
- A degree in Marketing or Business
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience
- A hardworking, analytical and proactive approach
- An understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics (hands‑on experience is a bonus)
- Skills in keyword research, market and competitor analysis
- An understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript essentials)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly around user experience
- Canva skills or a willingness to learn
- A valid driver’s licence
- Availability to support occasional after‑work events and weekend work when required
