About the Opportunity:
We are currently in search of a skilled, confident, and motivated lawyer with a minimum of 1-2 years PAE to join our team in the Sydney CBD office. This full-time role will involve close collaboration with a Partner in a diverse practice. We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate autonomy and initiative, handling a high volume of personal injury files, including motor vehicle accidents and workers compensation. In this role, you will enjoy extensive client exposure and a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients
- Drafting correspondence and court documents
- Managing high-volume files
- Attending court and settlements
- Legal research
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- A current NSW Practicing Certificate
- 1-2 years’ PAE in Personal Injury/Compensation Law
- Proficiency in using core platforms and technology in a modern legal practice
- An eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong client relationship and business development skills
- Ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
