ACNC: Extension for submitting AIS
The ACNC has recognised that many charities are experiencing difficulties with submitting their 2019 Annual Information Statements and Annual Information Report (if required), as a result of workplace disruptions due to COVID-19.
Charities with AIS due dates between 12 March 2020 and 30 August 2020 now have until 31 August 2020 to submit their statement. This extension also includes charities affected by the bushfires and previously granted an AIS submission extension until May.
Eligible charities should have received notification via email and will have their AIS due date updated on the ACNC Charity Register. For more information see the ACNC website.
