Terms and Conditions – Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers Legal Clinic – 25 June 2025 at Parramatta Office
The following terms and conditions apply for the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Legal Clinic at our Parramatta office on 25 June 2025.
- As part of our legal clinic event, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers will be offering Eels members and fans a free-of-charge, no obligation consultation.
- Each consultation will be for up to 15 minutes. At your consultation, one of our lawyers will listen to your issue, ask some follow up questions and discuss potential next steps. Our lawyer may have the opportunity to read a short document during the consultation but will not be able to review longer complex legal documents at that consultation.
- An outcome of the consultation may include the lawyer telling you if we are able to help you with your case, or not. If we are able to help you, we will send you our retainer agreement for your review, approval and if approved, your signature before any other action is undertaken.
- If we are not able to assist you any further at the consultation or afterwards, we may be able to give you information about where you can go for more help.
- All information you provide to us will be treated as confidential information and your personal information may only be used as set out in our privacy policy.
