Terms and Conditions – Exclusive Bulldogs Q&A Event on Saturday, 9 August 2025

A Prize Draw will be conducted by Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers (CODL) on 01 August 2025 in connection with the “Carroll & O’Dea Exclusive Q&A Event with Bulldogs Legends Josh Reynolds and Terry Lamb” which is planned to be held at Accor Stadium on Saturday 9th August 2025.

By submitting an entry to the Event Registration and Prize Draw by no later than midnight on 31 July 2025, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for both prizes,

• Invite to Carroll & O’Dea’s Exclusive Q&A event with Bulldogs Legends Josh Reynolds and Terry Lamb (for you and a guest); and
• 2x General Admission (GA) tickets to attend the Bulldogs vs Warriors game on 09 August 2025

1. The Prize Draw for registration to the “Carroll & O’Dea Exclusive Q&A Event with Bulldogs Legends Josh Reynolds and Terry Lamb”  is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their name, email address and mobile phone number (personal information) via the CODL registration page. Guests must also be over 18 years of age.
2. In addition to the conditions outlined above in point (1), to be eligible for the 2x GA tickets, the winner must have also attended the “Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers: Exclusive Q&A event with Bulldogs Legends Josh Reynolds and Terry Lamb” in person.
3. The Registration Draw will be drawn by random electronic selection on 01 August 2025. Entries received after midnight on the 31st of July for the Prize Draw will not be considered. One winner only will be chosen from a random draw of entries received from those registered to attend the event in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Winner).
4. Employees of CODL and its related entities, their immediate family members, or anyone involved in organising or conducting the Prize Draw will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
5. The personal information you have provided by entering in the Prize Draw may be used for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, advising the winning attendees of the “Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers: Exclusive Q&A event with Bulldogs Legends Josh Reynolds and Terry Lamb ”, and 2x GA tickets, and, if you agree, to receive marketing material from CODL. This may be by any means of communication including electronic messages (e.g. email). If the information requested is not provided, you may not enter the Prize Draw.
6. CODL will collect, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with the restrictions imposed on us by the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy.

8. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint entries will not be accepted.
9. Where the Winner is not eligible to enter into the Prize Draw or cannot be contacted following the process outlined in clause 3 then the Prize Draw will be conducted again by CODL at a time and date to be notified to the entrants by email.
10. CODL may cancel the Prize Draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent CODL from conducting the Prize Draw. Should CODL cancel the Prize Draw CODL will:
    (i) advertise that the Prize Draw has been cancelled by email communication to the entrants;
    (ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
    (iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
11. CODL is not liable for any loss or claim arising from any cancellation of the Prize Draw in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CODL.
12. Any dispute concerning the conduct of the prize draw or the claiming by the Winner of the Prize will be determined by an independent arbitrator appoint by CODL whose decision will be final.
13. CODL holds a Trade Promotion Authority issued by the Department of Fair Trading in New South Wales being authority number TP/02056.
