Current Practice
Patricia is a member of the property law division and
also does work for the commercial division. She has a wealth of
experience in property law and is involved in the numerous aspects
of the division. This includes leasing (both retail and commercial),
conveyancing, franchising, purchase and sale of businesses and
commercial contracts.
Professional Qualifications
Patricia has a combined degree in commerce and law and was admitted to the
profession in 1990. She joined Carroll and O'Dea in 2004 and was made an Associate in 2008. |
