New Team Joins Firm – Carroll & O’Dea Business Lawyers

Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers are pleased to announce that our Firm is soon to add a new team – Carroll & O’Dea Business Lawyers. This new team will offer our clients a specialist suite of legal services for business, in addition to those we already offer. We welcome Selwyn Black, Partner, to head up the team which will include Peter Carroll, Special Counsel and Troy Rollo, Solicitor and one other team member.
For over 115 years, Carroll & O’Dea has been committed to continually meeting the needs of our clients and remaining at the forefront of developments in the law. The inclusion of Business Law specialists within our Firm recognises the unique legal issues that face our clients and considerably expands our business law capabilities.
Carroll & O’Dea Business Lawyers are equipped to handle a diverse portfolio of legal services ranging from contract negotiation; the sale purchase and restructuring of companies, trusts and businesses as well as joint ventures, leases and management agreements of hotels and shopping centres.
Carroll & O’Dea Business Lawyers will be located on Level 17 of our offices at the St James Centre, 111 Elizabeth St, Sydney and will be working closely with other specialist groups within the Firm including Workplace Solutions at Carroll & O’Dea; Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Property Law and the Not for Profit Group.
