Terms and Conditions
A Prize Draw will be conducted by Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers (CODL) on 28 May 2023 in connection with the GIANTS Netball.
By submitting an entry to the Prize Draw by no later than 12 Midnight on 25 May 2023, each Prize Draw entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their name, email address and mobile phone number (Personal Information) via the CODL registration page and must attend the prize draw at the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Marquee in the Fan Zone for the GIANTS Netball home game on the 28th May 2023. The announcement of the winner will be made at 3.00pm sharp outside Ken Rosewall Arena, Cnr Olympic Blvd &, Shirley Strickland Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW, 2127.
Employees of CODL and its related entities, their immediate family members, or anyone involved in organising or conducting the Prize Draw will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
The personal information you have provided by entering in the Prize Draw may be used for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, to contact you if you are the winner of the Prize Draw, advising the attendees of the Event of the winner of the Prize Draw and if you agree to receive marketing material from CODL. This may be by any means of communication including electronic messages (e.g. email). If the information requested is not provided, you may not enter the Prize Draw.
CODL will collect, store and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with the restrictions imposed on us by the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint entries will not be accepted. To be eligible to win the Prize Draw the winner must be aged 18 years or over and have registered on the Competition Entry Page, agreed to received marketing materials from CODL and to also attend in person for the Announcement of the Prize Winner at 3.00pm on Sunday 28th May 2023 at the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Marquee in the Fan Zone for the GIANTS Netball home game outside Ken Rosewall Arena, Cnr Olympic Blvd &, Shirley Strickland Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127
The Prize Draw will be drawn by random electronic selection on 26th May 2023. Entries received after the Prize Draw has been drawn will not be considered.
One winner only will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Winner).
This winner will be awarded the opportunity to Deliver the Match Ball at the GIANTS Netball First Nations Round. There is no monetary value. (Prize)
The Winner will be announced at 3.00pm on Sunday 28th May 2023 at the Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers’ Activation in front of Ken Rosewall Arena in the GIANTS Netball Fan Zone. If the winning entry does not claim the prize, then the runner up will be awarded the Prize.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Bonus prizes will not be awarded.
CODL may cancel the Prize Draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent CODL from conducting the Prize Draw. Should CODL cancel the Prize Draw CODL will:
(i) advertise that the Prize Draw has been cancelled by email communication to the entrants;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
CODL is not liable for any loss or claim arising from any cancelation of the Prize Draw in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CODL.
Any dispute concerning the conduct of the prize Draw or the claiming by the Winner of the Prize will be determined by an independent arbitrator appointed by CODL whose decision will be final.
CODL holds a Trade Promotion Authority issued by the Department of Fair Trading in New South Wales being authority number TP/02057.
