Terms and Conditions
- A prize draw will be conducted by Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers (CODL) on 1 March 2019 in connection with the cycling event known as “Gear Up Girl” (Event) that is planned to be held at Sydney Olympic Park and finish at Don Lucas Reserve, Cronulla on Sunday 10 March 2019.
- By submitting an entry to the Prize Draw, each Prize Draw entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including the receipt of marketing material from CODL.
- The Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their name, email address and mobile phone number (Personal Information) via the CODL Facebook page.
- Employees of CODL and its related entities, their family members, or anyone involved in organising or conducting the Prize Draw will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
- By submitting an entry to the Prize Draw you agree to receive marketing material sent directly by CODL using your Personal Information. CODL will not provide your Personal Information to any third party, except as compelled by law.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint entries will not be accepted.
- The Prize Draw will be drawn on 1 March 2019. Entries received after the Prize Draw has been drawn will not be considered.
- One winner only will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Winner).
- The Winner will receive one entry to the “Gear up Girl” (Event) valued at $A90.00 only (Prize) and one Jersey valued at $A63.80 only (Prize).
- The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- If the Winner does not collect the Prize from CODL Head Office, Level 18, 111 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000, CODL will attempt to contact the Winner during the following week by phone and/or email.
- CODL is not liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
