We are looking for a Junior Legal Secretary with good
communication skills and a "can do attitude" to join our
friendly and very busy Personal Injury Law team.
This role will be ideally suited to an energetic person who has
recently completed secretarial studies or already has some office
experience. Good typing, computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
are essential.
The successful legal secretary will have strong interpersonal
skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and will enjoy helping
people, in return we will provide ongoing training and development
combined with possible career progression.
Reception duties will take up about 10%-20% of the role, which
predominantly involves doing litigation support work.
The firm has an active social club, a sports program and a
comprehensive skills training program.

Float Legal Secretary

We are looking for a Float Legal Secretary to join our friendly
and very busy Personal Injury Law team.
You will work on a relief basis within the PI Law practice
primarily and the other teams as needed and your responsibilities
will include high level secretarial and administrative assistance,
litigation support, client liaison, diary management, answering
phones, correspondence and document management, relief reception and
various other administration duties.
To be successful for this role you must hold the following skills
and attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Injury Law
Secretary
- Strong keyboard skills and knowledge of MS Word and Office
applications
- A minimum typing speed of 60wpm
- Be confident, self motivated, mature and flexible
- Possess excellent organisational skills and enjoy supporting
multiple busy teams with tasks and deadlines
