The opportunity: 

We are seeking a highly proactive, experienced and personable Client Services Coordinator to join our Marketing and Business Development team based in our Sydney CBD office. Ideally this role would suit someone with existing legal experience and looking to further establish and/or develop their career within a strong, reputable Firm. The successful candidate will be working with our energetic Sydney team in a highly versatile – newly created role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients on a wide range of sensitive issues/requests in accordance with the Firm’s NCE Procedures
  • Manage all incoming enquiries from multiples advertising sources
  • Maintaining the New Client Enquiry (NCE) database 
  • Supporting the team with the effective delivery of the Firm’s Marketing/BD campaigns, programs & initiatives
  • Preparation of monthly Marketing/BD reports
  • Coordination of publications alongside the Marketing team
  • Assistance with preparing the Firm’s internal communications
  • File/records management of general Marketing/BD correspondence, drafts and final versions 
  • Assisting and supporting the team with the effective delivery of onsite and offsite events
  • Providing general support to the Marketing/BD Team

Successful candidates will have: 

  • 2-5 years’ demonstrated experience working within a Legal/professional Services environment
  • An engaging, warm and friendly manner with a client service focus 
  • Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, particularly Excel
  • An interest in Analytics / Data Reporting and Copywriting
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
