The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate (5 years’ PQE) to join our Sydney CBD Property team, working alongside a reputable Partner (Anthony Herro) and his team. In this role, you will act for a diverse range of clients and play a key role in supporting transactions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leasing agreements
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial assets
- Conducting due diligence and transaction management
- General commercial property advisory work
Successful candidates will have:
- 5 years’ experience from a highly regarded property practice
- Experience in commercial leasing
- Experience with high value property sales and acquisitions and acting for sophisticated clients
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- A commercially minded approach and strong attention to detail
- Review contracts
- Manage lease assignments
- Mentor Junior members of staff
