The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate (5 years’ PQE) to join our Sydney CBD Property team, working alongside a reputable Partner (Anthony Herro) and his team. In this role, you will act for a diverse range of clients and play a key role in supporting transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leasing agreements
  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial assets
  • Conducting due diligence and transaction management
  • General commercial property advisory work

Successful candidates will have:

  • 5 years’ experience from a highly regarded property practice
  • Experience in commercial leasing
  • Experience with high value property sales and acquisitions and acting for sophisticated clients
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • A commercially minded approach and strong attention to detail
  • Review contracts
  • Manage lease assignments
  • Mentor Junior members of staff
