About the Role:
- Managing conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to settlement, including residential and commercial property transactions
- Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction completion
- Managing settlement processes, including funds transfers and registration of documents
- Providing legal advice to clients on property transactions, title issues and related matters
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-5 years’ recent experience
- Experience in property law, contract review, or related practice
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- The ability to manage files independently from start to finish
- Accurate time recording and billing experience
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to legal practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
- A current NSW Practising Certificate
